Too much ICE??
"I heard FEMA ordered truck loads of ice for the relief effort. Something good! But, maybe someone should have figured out first where to send them. The trucks go to one place, they send them to another, then turn them away to another, and so on. Semi's are travelling all over the country with a truck load of ice, and nowhere to drop it. One is on its way to UTAH, yes UTAH! And we are paying..."
