im a 23 yr guy and people in ripon wi have pretty much banned the pitbull breed! the city itself has made it hard for me to even take my 2 pitbulls for a simple walk! i rent a house and again the owners have a very big problem with my dogs... i have too very strongly agree that its the people that need to change their views on the whole pitbull breed!

I agree its not the dog it`s the animals keeper,I live in a neighborhood where every dumb person that comes by when I`m out with my dogs,"he`s a killer,do you fight him?"It`s hard not to catch a case every time it happens witch is almost everyday,I`ve seen first hand what the problem is,It`s the drug dealers and the gang bangers,lets be honest the government rather put down a unknown wonderful breed and avoid race issues then to do the right thing and go after the problem,instead of killing this wonderful animal they need to offer free job training for everyone including felons,they need to create animal training programs!It`s easier to do what they`re doing,making the public afraid of what they don`t know about,they keep the fear alive,that`s where we need to come in and let the public know of how wonderful the pitbull really is,the Discovery Channel should do a show on how pit-bulls are basic,kind,only want your love,and really live to please!

Jimbo,you already sound like a self centerd back woods hic,the name of the dog is the problem?did you bump your head or something?It`s people who aren`t capable of wipping themselves in the morning get a dog that like any other dog needs alot of attention,even more because of how much they need love and attention,any dog is able to become a bighter or a neiborhood problem,people like you are the probem`s the dog`s name?Look in the history of the dog,The Royal Family has used the terrior{witch there is 50+ diffrent types}for 90yrs or more,our own Goverment used them in Worid War11,the "pitbull was the only animal in U.S history to receive a "Medal Of Honor",you need to get your mind right do your research,then speak out,then defend!you`ll defend the breed once you know how wonderful they really are!

people who fight pit bulls do it for the money and the drugs and to get rid of there anger i have a pitbull and i would do anything for that dog i had a female but she died a month ago omg it was so hard to get over and she was a blue one aka seal her name was skye aka fatty i love that dog to death we had her since she was like 7 weeks old or something like that and she had 3 beautiful litters of puppies and when she died nothing was right anymore she was the best dog you could ever ask for i loved her so much and i miss her and for the peoplewho doesnt fight then and love them awsome for the people who are just ib it for the money and drugs forget u and when u dont have anymore dogs to fight and cant get the money and drugs that sucks for u
