Oh, wow, aren't we the articulate one. This must have been typed by "Timmy the Twit" himself. Oops, I'm sorry, I forgot that Timmy and his band of stagnating cronies don't do anything for themselves, except if it is for their own gain. I would not be pointing fingers if I were a fan of good old Timmy, since it will undoubtedley wind up someone's nose or worse. Now it's not that I am a fan of Demos, and I most certainly am not a fan of our current selfish twit of a Leader, but it seems to me that all of our "elected officials" need to work on State ambitions and futures instead of their own. Fortunately I was a loser in the past election and none of my candidates won anything other than local stuff. A user fee is a TAX, because it directly taxes those who choose to do whatever it is. Only a true TWIT and other like minds could argue it otherwise.
