This is one way to get your kids to eat fruit!

The 'blueberry blast smoothie' recipe I found in my Parenting magazine sounds delicious, and it's definitely something I'll make for my son. He tends to be a picky eater and doesn't drink much milk, so I'm always on the look-out for new things to try and am glad I found this recipe.
I've heard many other parents of picky eaters bemoan the fact that their child refuses to eat fruit - but if you put it through a blender and stick a straw in it, most children wouldn't even realise they're drinking something healthy! If your child is a little older, asking them to help make it is another idea; children are more likely to want to try something they've helped make themselves.
Try experimenting with different flavour combinations - any variety of berry, mango, peach and banana all work well. In summer, make a smoothie then pour it into ice-cube trays and freeze to make healthy ice-blocks.
