I actual find the hold music very soothing. It's a lot better than listening to a customer service rep scream at you.

I am too important to ever be put on hold, so I am unsure of what "hold music" is like. I am sure that it is rather calming like cali and louis think.

Cali, you have to admit there is only so much of that music you can take. At some point you are just ready to hang up if you have to listen to one more song.

I don't know what's worse, wasting your time waiting or the music. But I did create sometime of the sort as my voicemail. Cheezy song and all. It's sure to annoy all of my friends that just want to leave a message. Hehe.
