What don't you understand about, "just a trim?"    Back to the homepage

What's with guys going to the barber wanting just a trim and coming home looking like they've had a buzz? Don't you watch what the barber is doing and say something when you see that things are going south? I just don't understand!

Anonymous (8/10): Are you that controlling that your man can't get the hair cut he wants. WHO GIVES A SHIT. Men don't have to be dolled up all the figgin time like women do. (report)
CaptAmerica (8/27): Think about it... I get to try 2 or 3 different styles while my hair is growing out! Besides I don't have to return to the barber for two months! It saves money and I enjoy "managing" the change! (report)
grandpa (9/10): define trim..I get my hair trimmed all the time..I want it off my collar, off my ears and out of my face. That is exactly what my barber does. (report)

IceMan (8/5): This is exactly why people fear barbers so much. Currently I could not be happier with my hair, but it always worries me going to get just a trim. (report)
helenoftroy (8/6): It makes you dread going to have your hair cut. When I was a teacher I went to the hair salon just to have a "little shaping" prior to having a class picture taken with my students. The man hairdresser turned the chair around so I really didn't see how much he was cutting since I wasn't facing the mirror. When he finally turned me around so I could see his work, I looked in horror at the butcher job that he did on me. As far as I was concerned he ruined me, I almost cried it was SOOOOOO bad. When I went to pay, the lady at the cashier said that she could not rightfully take my money---as I looked way better before the haircut. I would have paid double to have had my shorn hair back. Years later as I look back at the class photo, I cringe at the ugly boy- like bob that I had, and it still makes me MAD. I always face the mirror when they cut my hair today, (report)
