Do you bleading heart cowards who want to run out of Iraq see what happened to Isreal when they tried to "pull back and make peace" Do you people see what happens!!!! they will just follow us, chasing the USA cowards around the world, until we are no more. You bunch of fools, who think we can deal with them people. I for one, would rather just blow them all to hell, and get it over with!

Agreed, we can't pull out of Iraq now. Not until we've earned the admiration and gratitude of the Iraqi people. Otherwise, all they'll remember about America is that we came and bombed the crap out of their country while we looked for the weapons of mass destruction that the U.N. weapons inspectors doubted were there. So now we have an obligation to improve things for Iraqis, and to let them see that we are really the good guys. Of course, another alternative would have been to not invade them in the first place. That radical idea would have saved 2,000 American lives and billions of dollars so far.

I am glad someone finally is thinking logically writer B. I wish we had never gone in as well, but now that we are there, there is no turning back. I am not sure the exact number of Iraqi citizens killed so far, but I am sure it is ten times higher than ours. Most of them still want to fight for their freedom. How many would we be willing to lose in the USA to maintain ours, is what every American has to ask themselves? If we were fighting for freedom on our own land, as they are, how many soldiers, citizens, women and children would you say it is not worth the fight, 10,000, 50,000, 100,000? I believe there is no limit, I believe we woiuld fight until the last man was killed, then the kids would take over. The people we are still fighting are basically all Saddams henchmen, and party, plus hundreds of insurrgents, who believe their religion is the only one, and we are evil infidels. This fight will go way beyond Iraq regaining freedom, they will find another stronghold. And I hope we go after them there. You cannot win a defensive war, you have to be aggresive, seek them find them and kill them before they kill you, Period!
