i bought t.v. stand from these pricks and brought it home only to find the right corner was coming apart. so i called them and wanted a new one or my money back. they said i probaly dropped it, and broke it. i never dropped it and was insulted that you think im scamming you right away. well i find out that this has happened to others where they something wrong with the furniture and immediately blame the customer. i told them i would tell everyone and they would never see any money from anyone i know. they said thats ok we really dont care. what can i do to get these pricks---going to the better business bureau, word of mouth, what else though

i've bought my whole living room set as well as my tv stand from ashley furniture and they've been awesome! and the other person is right, why didnt u inspect it before you bought it? they even tell you to.

I bought something from Ashley Furniture just recentll and there policy stinks. I found something that was better quality and wanted to cancel my order only to find out that there is a 30% stocking charge for something I never even picked up. The salesperson never told me about the 30% or I would have never boughten it. I think there policy stinks. they are not standing behind the quality of their funiture. I will never buy from them again and agree with you to tell everyone that this company does stink.

TMiller(1/5)I took my daughter to get a bed & was expecting to pay up to $1100 for a Loft Style Bunk Bed.. Instead we stood there so long I told my daughter to play on the furniture, in hopes of drawing attention. I guess I'm lucky. I wasn't given a chance to be disappointed with quality

i bought a $1200 couch/love seat set from the b#$tards and within a yr,the whole inside (wood )cracked! i wrote a letter- no response-no nothing-i'll NEVER spend my hard earned $ there ever again.Not even a coupon? it was only a year old!!

Ashley Furniture NC: The quality of the furniture is horrible. They brought to my house pieces to replace some bad pieces of a bed. The new ones were worse than the ones from the original set. I will NEVER EVER buy anything else from them. The show room is just a big fat lie.
