Talk about cool, Parenting mag's gift guide includes a fingerprint reading gadget to free you up from having to remember all those passwords from all those sites. Instead of remembering, just opt for the fingerprint access from your reader. The fingerprint reader has a cool optical section which you place your finger on and the rest just plugs into one of your computer's ports. And don't worry about being the only one able to use it. For the $34 price tag the unit will recognize up to 15 different finger prints. It's available through Amazon. How much cooler will I feel the next time I'm asked for a password if I can just place my digit on the optical reader instead of searching around the computer for some scrap of paper with half of my password on it. Way cool! Now I just have to decide if my ultra cool undercover persona is James Bond or Jason Bourne.
