Weight Watchers MenuChoosing Points or Core Plan    Back to the homepage

While I have always been a points girl when it comes to Weight Watchers, this month I am actually thinking about trying the core plan. Why, you ask? Well, because the Weight Watchers Menu feature in the November/December 2007 issue of Weight Watchers Magazine has intrigued me. At first glance, the Weight Watchers menu for the points plan looks promising. But as you delve into it, there are some things that I definitely wouldnt bother eating. Sure, the points are all figured out for you, but what good is that if you dont want to eat the food? So I turned the page and my mouth began to water at the Weight Watchers menu for the core plan. There is a recipe for a tropical smoothie that I just know would have my taste buds in paradise! The chicken and pasta dish looks to be quite promising and the baked shrimp intrigues me. Sure, I could convert all of this to points and stay on my current plan of choice, but why not try the plan that some deem to be healthiest? I may have to give this Weight Watchers menu plan a whirl. Ive got nothing to lose except the weight!
