Weight Watchers Holiday Cookie Recipes for your Diet    Back to the homepage
Views: 3322 Report
Dieting? Doing the points or thinking low calorie for the New Year? Why wait; start now. The first thing Im going to start with is the recipe to those 1 point Meringue Sandwich Cookies in the Nov/Dec Weight Watchers magazine. Theres a diet cookie; low calorie at 37. Actually all the holiday cookie recipes on that page are to diet for in the way of prep time, cook time and hopefully taste. Dont ask me why Im looking at the holiday cookie recipes first. You probably think that is bad form. Im overweight, I need a diet, and Im touting holiday cookies; how could I be thinking low-calorie? Hey, I know what I want to eat; and Weight Watchers apparently knows what I want to eat too; try Mini-Baked Alaskas, 4 points. These are easy recipes. How hard could it be to melt chocolate and slap two meringue cookies together; then decorate with non-pareils? Not hard at all. Setting the diet aside, who wouldnt want something both low calorie and real easy for holiday parties or gift giving? These are easy holiday cookie recipes to get the kids involved in as well. Your points welcome here!
