What do these people think they are doing, camping next to the Bush ranch? Do they not realize, every AlCada recruit is jumping with glee, when they see those pictures. They will obviously step up attacks now, thinking they are winning, getting to us. War and conflicts are tough, hard, terrible, you name it, but unfortunately necessary. Would they prefer to make a deal with the terrorists? Can you deal with someone that has absolutely no respect for human life? Who kills women and children in the streets, cuts the heads off of people on live TV? These people have every right to voice their opinion, in more discrete ways, not by showing the world we are not together on this endevour. Hundreds of Americans will die BECAUSE they are doing this, they are not saving or doing ANYTHING good by this.

Jimbo (8/30): You are wrong. It was when American soldiers entered Iraq that Al-Qaeda jumped for joy. Sadam was not letting them get a foothold there. Now they have an excellent training ground for new terrorists right close to home. To them, our presence as an occupying army justifies anything they want to do, and their ranks are growing. Bush did exactly what they wanted him to do. And I will protest until we are out of there, just like I did when we were slaughtering people needlessly in Vietnam. (report)

VNVet444 (8/29): Bush was right in going into Afghanistan, but then used it as a pretext to invade Iraq without completing the Afghan mission. Bush LIED us into war with Iraq. Of course our troops are being attacked and the US is hated! Wouldn't you attack and hate an occuping army in your land? Dissent is Patriotic and as American as apple pie. Don't like it? Find a totalitarian state more to your liking. Iran, maybe? (report)
ronc99 (9/20): We are fighting something now that has nothing to do with VeitNam, or Iraq. Al-Qaeda is everywhere, as we found out 9/11. There is no dealing with them, save joining them. By both your comments, I take it you prefer to join them then fight them. I for one, do not want to turn Islam. I like life in the good old USA, but you people are believing that if we leave them alone, they will leave us alone. NEVER. They will die to kill us, because it brings meaning to their life. It makes them a martyr to kill us, the more they kill, the better place in heaven. Do you really think we can just pull out and say sorry, didn't mean to piss you off. Now leave us alone! You are fools if you think that way. Bush and Iraq mean nothing, they are just a way to the means of drawing them out into the open, is how I see it. They are killing twenty times more Iraqi's then Americans, women and children, no discrimination. We are all infidels that have to die, as far as they are concerned. Now you tell me what that has to do with American Patriotism? It is just a skirt you are trying to hide behind, but it will not work. Too many Americans are not cowards and will fight them where ever they are, so that YOU will continue to have the right to PROTEST!! (report)
daddido (9/27): Jimbo needs to stick to the subject which is not about the trops in Iraq but the protestors in Texas. I understand the grief but they are doing more harm than good. A hand written letter will do more than a demonstration and less harm. (report)
