Ultimate Walking Challenge for Diet and Fitness

Exercise can be painful when you’re overweight; even if it helps your diet. I’m glad walking is in the forefront as an exercise of choice. Even Weight Watchers has highlighted walking with their ultimate walking challenge. Walking is low impact exercise and is fitness for the whole body.
I’ve always been most successful at weight loss when incorporating walking as part of my exercise with my diet. Mostly to get out of the office when working and when at home; especially in the winter; you can get your walking in through various walk at home fitness videos that include cardio. They’re not as bad as you think.
Although I’m only getting back to my diet and this is my first magazine in a while; the Nov/Dec Weight Watchers magazine does walking justice with their ultimate challenge. I was impressed with their training goals. It looks a bit out of my league right now but something to work for; perhaps I will check out a previous issue to see how their challenge began. If less intense I’d say well done.
Any one with the finer points from the beginning of the Ultimate Walking Challenge would be welcome here.
