If there is one thing I miss since moving from Minneapolis (among other things) it's the Thursday Farmer's Market on Nicollet Mall downtown. I just love the fresh fruit, veggies and flowers. But I love it's setting the best and the fact that it takes advantage of the best of summer in Minneapolis -- being outside!
