My husband and I were laughing on the way home about the concept of spinning class. Nothing like some overly-toned thirty-something lipstick lesbian yelling at you through her Janet Jackson microphone headset to "pedal FASTER! We're APPROACHING THE HILL," while in your gym's over-priced mirrored workout rooms. Time to get outside and actually RIDE A BIKE. WHAT A CONCEPT!!!

Spinning is great cross training, so that when you hit to pavement you are a stronger rider. Biking at 6am in the dark isn't my idea of fun! But, spinning at 6am works!
