Smoking Ban in Pubs is great

I am not a regular pub goer but my last visit to a nearby pub after the enforcement of the smoking ban, has changed my mind about frequenting pubs. They are cleaner and smell better. The air for once is fresher. Why didn't we think of the smoking ban earlier?
