Nothing is worse than sitting on the tram after a hard day at the office only to have the toxic smell of a cigarette blown rigt in your face! Try and be more considerate... is it that hard to wait until your in the comfort of your own place.

If you don't like it, quit talking. Nothing is worse than sitting on the tram after a hard day at the office only to hear you talk. Is it that hard to stay at home and stop harassing people about what they like to do? No one buggs you about being gay.

I think you should respect a person's choice to want to smoke. If it bothers you why dont you ask them nicely to please move some where a little farther away from you because the smoke is bothering you. Smokers should be respected & treated like non smokers are. It's a choice so live with it. We have to deal with worse things than smokers every day!!!!

smoking is legal becuz the US economy cant sustain without its revenue...the government knows it..and the tobacco companies know it...but since US is also a morally based country..they have to appear as if they are atleast sustaining the damage that the tobacco compnies are doign to people...think about it..marjiuna and morphine have been legalized to be used in hospital..if they become legal for any use..the US economy would triple or quadruple..but their dangers far outway the dangers of smoking...also the states are founded on capitalism..so the best the government can do is limit the product being sold..not completely abolish it...the drinking ban didnt work out..what makes you think smoking will?...as for ice-mans opinion...i agree wiht you..if you are weak enough to be addicted...do it on ur own time and privately..not in a public place...mind u there are some of us who are allergic to cigarrete smoke
