Safeway in Fremont loses another customer.

The younger staff really don't care.
The younger male employees stare at female customers just a little too much, some even seem to try to get dates while working.
The younger female employees seem to hate being there and come across quite bitter.
The younger managers think they're cops. I'd like to see them act that way on the streets. I really would!
Fortunately, Fremont has a few other good stores. The Raley's here is great and they have terrific sales. The staff are very professional and appear sincere when they greet you. The overall food quality is much better that at Safeway.
Thank you Safeway. If you didn't hire so many bad employees, I might've never tried Raley's.
As for you Safeway, what goes around, comes around.

It sounds to me as if you were up to something you shouldn't have been. It is part of every managers job to be a cop to some degree or other, the store has to watchout for shoplifters and trouble makers - so what's the big deal? WHAT WERE YOU DOING? If you were watching the employees that much you will get the same idea from other stores - "boys will be boys". And as far as the females go - What were you saying or doing to have them "come across quite bitter"? I believe you ought to look at your own behavior!!!!

Here lays the problem with the internet,this is personal opinion, take it up with the Company instead of blowing up and over reacting and creating bad air and if you wanted more of an eyeful work the business and associate yourself with policies and let relationships thrive cause we could use some Love in this world
