Try Loehmann's in the city. It's hit or miss, but when it's good it's really good. Prices are amazing and when they get new things in they're gone in a flash. You must be willing to put up with communal dressing rooms, racks and racks of clothes, and no personal shoppers here....nor helpful salespeople, but that's why their prices are low.
