In what other city does the bus stop every single block on a route? It is no wonder Muni is losing money . . if you take the 30 or 30x down Chestbut there are bus stops at every single intersection from Lombard to Divisadero, and these blocks are maybe 250 yards at the most. That means the longest someone has to walk is 125 yards! In cities that have a well run bus system (e.g., London) the buses stop maybe every 1/4 to 1/3 mile, much more logical!

I am a fan of public transportation. The more people we can get out of thier cars or of stupid bikes the better. My SUV need some room on these SF streets!

How about the fact that at Rush hour one car trains arrive at downtown stations and are continually too stuffed to get in. Get a clue SF!
