I found this awesome running group on Saturday mornings which is absolutely free to join. They meet every Saturday at the Marina Green and about 300 people show up each time. There are different distance running loops and pace groups for every runner. They even provide nourishment along the running course, and snacks at the end. It is awesome!! I have run much further than I thought possible since linking up with this group!
