I have a 2008 X5 with 23K km and run flats. My rear left just blew out and the diagnostics suggest a misalignment. Due to "unusual wear and tear", the wheel replacements aren't covered under the additional coverage I purchased with the car. The X5 is driven by my wife around the city. It's not an offroad vehicle. No sensors went off to indicate poor alignment or tire pressure issues. My position is that they dealer should be responsible for the replacements as I don't believe pot holes are the culprit.
Run flats = bad experience
