Bush investigates it himself! After a 15-minute review by his PR handlers, it's determined that many Rebpublican "good buddies" are in office in Mississippi and Alabama. Democrats hold key elected positions in Louisiana. Therefore, Mississipi and Alabama are cleared of any complicity in the damage caused by Hurricane Katrina. Louisiana will be brought up on Federal charges for allowing the hurricane to happen and for embarrassing the bubble President.

Upon who's shoulders are the moronic Democrats placing the blame? The Republican president, of course. When will these clueless individuals ever learn that people need to take responsibility for their own lives and not expect the government to take care of everything for them? If you want a government-controlled existence, move to a Communist country.
