I refuse to move for tailgaters. Very often when I'm in the left lane passing slower-moving traffic, someone gets up on my butt. At that point, I make the decision that I will not move over when I complete my pass. The practice of tailgaiting is no different from standing in line at a bank and jabbing the person in front of you telling them they have no right to be in line ahead of you. Look at any driving test and the answer to the quesiton "what to do when coming upon a slower moving vehicle" will never be, "get as close as possible and try to force them out of your way". I will *never* move over for a tailgater.
