completely ridiculous. Why is stuff like this so difficult to figure out? How come global companies with 40,000+ employees worldwide can figure out how to reimburse expenses in a timely manner but our government can'?

I won't even bring up Katrina or Rita, but the money seems to be flowing pretty freely to those in need down south. It's a real shame, a real shame. A lot of Washington doesn't support the war and it wouldn't surprise me that there were some road blocks causing this.
