Question: What are the best hours to work at the office?    Back to the homepage
Views: 1033 Report
I've managed many sales teams over the years and would love to know what you as a manager or as an subordinate think are the best hours of the day to work at the office? When to arrive and when to leave? Please share specific examples of office hours that you think are effective and explain in detail how this effectiveness was achieved. Feel free to share on the right hand column office hours that just don't work. We can all learn together.

Anonymous (3/21): I'm a programmer, and frankly, the most productive hours are those when there are NO meetings, and NO interruptions. After 5pm is great. I like to come in at 10ish and leave at 8. Nice long day, avoid traffic, get work done. NOTE: This is not sales. This is not a customer-facing job. This is merely FYI, should you manage a similar position to mine. (report)
