Question: What is the best format for 1:1's?    Back to the homepage
Views: 722 Report
I've managed many sales teams over the years and would love to know what you as a manager or as an subordinate think are the best formats for 1:1's? Please share specific examples of 1:1 formats that you think are effective and explain in detail how this effectiveness was achieved. Feel free to share on the right hand column 1:1 formats that just don't work. We can all learn together.

Anonymous (1/31): Simple listen to them. Not enough managers actually listen to their direct reports. Also having an agenda for each 1:1 is key to success. (report)
