Okay, what gives? When a parking meter says "FAIL" why should I be penalized and not be able to park there for fear of a parking ticket. I swear it's all part of a plan by the meter maids

Did you know that the city contracts with a company to give and collect parking tickets? That is why it is IMPOSSIBLE to get out of a ticket! Someone's bottom line is very profitable because of Westside drivers. In Brentwood, there are almost as many parking officers as cars!
