The rooms at this hotel are completely disgusting. 6 blocks from bourban street and only $79, but I wouldn't come back. I'm here for the webmasters world trade show which should be fun, but my room sucks.

I've recently moved back to Louisiana and am amazed with how grungy New Orleans has become. I guess the hotels figure their guests will be perpetually drunk and won't notice the crappy hotel rooms. Next time, try the Monteleone in the heart of the French Quarter. Sometimes you can get a good deal. Better yet, get on Craig's List and ask the natives about good places to stay. Sorry about your experience!
