if you like the whole velet rope and fake line outside feel then you may like this bar in NY. Personally I'm not a fan. It's across the street from Pastis and once inside you are sure to be dissappointed.

I completely agree! Very pretentious. I recommend Level V instead. Great vibe without being too flashy.
