I found this awesome outdoor fitness group in Marin, and thought I would share the info. They meet in three different locations and focus on speed, strength, endurance...every workout is different. For more info call 415.888.2229.

We have workouts on the stairs, at a track, at parks, on trails, etc. Lots of variety which keeps it fun and challenging.

One of the best forms of Outdoor Fitness has to be on the Golf Course and with all the modern equipment that is around this must make the game a great way to enjoy life. I found this website a great help http://www.golfequipmentstop.com/ so get out on the course and start enjoying life to the full.

Have just started getting back to riding the Bike again and just found this site http://www.yourtoysfrom.us/biking/index.php trouble is have had to buy all the protective gear and lights but did save a fantastic amount so was very pleased but will gradually build the distance that i travel every day but i will be a lot fitter for sure.
