No raise to me

This blows, I work for safeway, and EVERY single person gets a raise in our store and EVERYONE is SO frickin happy, well that is except for all the floral mangers and variety managers that don't get a raise...sounds a little like bull sh*t if you ask me, and dare I say it... a little sexist seeing how 99% off all the floral manager and variety managers are female! Just crappy and had to vent!
