Have you noticed how law enforcement agencies are always complaining about how citizens won't get involved in stopping local crime? Here's the reason why; the other night my husband called the police and informed them of drug dealers hanging on the corner and hiding a weapon in the tire wheel well of his car. The police came by (thirty minutes later), confiscated the gun and took the dope from the dealers. There were no arrest. The next day the dealer confronted my husband. He discovered my husband was the one who called because the dealer's cousin is a cop. So you tell me; how does the average person rid their neighborhoods of the criminal element?
