Oh No, Now Heroes Is Amongst The Shows Affected By The Writers' Strike

This sucks! So many great TV shows have been affected by the writers' strike, and now Heroes is rewriting episode 11 to cut off half the season?! Even after the episodes are all written, the writers are still needed to work on the show, and this strike has paralysed so many good shows – chat shows, satire like the Daily Show, and now Heroes (a personal favourite of mine, in case you hadn't guessed)!. I want my Heroes back! How hard can it be to reach an agreement?
Basically, the writers are asking for a portion of the royalties gained from their work being on television, and a larger share of DVD royalties (from 0.3% to 0.6%) - not that much, really, is it? It's only fair that the writers should get royalties on their own work, after all, and the networks can spare it. The fact that the writers' strike has put an end to so many shows so quickly really demonstrates what an important job they do, and the stars and even creators of some shows are showing their appreciation by joining in the picketing.
I fully support the WGA writers' strike, even if they did need to cancel Heroes to bring it to my attention. What do you think?

Heroes is the only TV show I watch; I love Heroes. I want the writers to get their fair share, but I also don't want them being greedy. I hope they bring Heroes back. It had so much potential. I'm really sad about it. It'll never be the same.
