I own a house on a corner lot in a small town and have lived there for the last 15 yrs. This is an older neighborhood with some blocks having city sidewalks and others none. One of the houses next to mine has been sold and rented out time and time again. Every renter that has moved in could care less about the upkeep of the property or their surrounding neighbors. Yrs ago I poured a 6 ft sidewalk with custom brickwork that wrapped around my house leading to my front door and out to the street. All I ask of my worthless white trash and beaner renting neighbors is too not block the sidewalk. I tell them that they can park anywhere else around my corner lot, but please don't block that 6 ft area. Once a week I have to take out my trash to the curb and that's the only place they pick it up. Plus when I have company if my sidewalk is blocked, my guest have to walk on and in my yard. It's common courtesy not to block another's sidewalk anyway. I didn't build that sidewalk so it could be blocked by my neighbors car. When there is a car blocking it I leave a note on their window of their car and I always get a I don't give a shit look and they or their friends block it days later. I have had it with these scumbags and would like to ,,,, let's just say I will take care of them myself. What other options do I have?

you know there is two things about that story i can relate to but every time i try to fix the problem i keep getting the cops call on me. i just moved into a neighborhood where the sidewalks go through the driveway so to keep the sidewalks opens i would park two of my cars on the road to keep the sidewalks open. Then i got the cops called on me for parking on the road they woke me up a 430 am to tell me that i was blocking the mail box i took a picture i was atleast 10ft away so i called the police station and had the cheif come down and look he said where i was parked was fine, the next morning at 430 woke up again told them to leave me alone i would park in the driveway for now on. the frist time i did i come home and have a parking warning on my windsheild that said i can not block the sidewalk. so where am i suppose to park if you can figure this out let me no sometime where they park may not be by choice so take it into consideration

I hate people that don't give a shit about others. If you have any left over brick from building the sidewalk through it threw their windshield. That might be a little harsh; I'd put some nails down bent at 90 degrees so that they pop their tires. Or you could paint the curb yellow, that might stop those dumb asses.
