Bix for $200 - apps, 3 courses, all the drinks you can handle, hats, horns, party favors, etc. Expensive, but worth it in my opinion.

Personally, I've never been crazy about going out on NYE. My wife hates the mere idea of it so we usually stay local, ie. a quiet dinner at one of several nice restaurants then home to relax, have a few drinks, etc. Over the last couple of years however, my daughter and a bunch of her friends have been going to to the NYE bash at a nearby Marriot. They book adjoining rooms, check in in the afternoon and order up a load of their favorite foods and "soft drinks." They bring some of their own culinary creations as well. They bounce between the hotel party and their own festivities well into New Years Day. I think they have brunch as well. It's not cheap by any means but they seem to have a ball and I don't have to be concerned about her driving or even being a passenger amidst all the maniacs, drunks, etc. (even though she's 25 I still tend to be like the "mother hen.")
