I am congratulating myself. I beat the Banker at his own game I paid down my new mortgage by $53000.00 in 18 months, and created an investment of over $100000.00 from borrowing from my home. I am on the way to debt freedom in seven years when I will retire with working assets. All of this because I learned to use debt as a tool to create wealth.
I wish others would also learn the new strategies to fast pay a mortgage. These include applying different values to good debt and getting rid of bad debt. With good debt you put Other People's assets to work and you get a tax deduction.
