Morons walking in Lakewood Streets

OK -- so I understand that Lakewood has changed and a lot of the NEW population used to live in the ghetto, and the rest want to ACT like they're from the ghetto -- but would you please stop walking in the street? Eventually, someone is going to get hit by a car. Learning how to cross the street properly at intersections would be a good idea too.

Lakewood Ohio used to be a nice place to live, now the rental properties are run-down and filled with inconsiderate ghetto people.
