I’m sorry guys; I don’t mean to sound insulting. And this is definitely not a rant against fat men or about my insecurity with being fat. This is about Weight Watchers and the sexist magazine they produce. I don’t think they used to be as bad; I remember more success stories featuring men. I’m certain Weight Watchers has scared them all away from their magazine for sure. I did a test search on Amazon under diet magazines. Would you believe when I search diet under the men’s interest category there is one magazine, Muscle & Fitness and under women’s interest is eight various magazines; one being Weight Watchers? Let’s face it men are fat, men diet, and my favorite Weight Watcher leader is actually man. Weight Watchers could do better to address obesity in America; then to fall in line with the rest of the media in telling women that they should diet and be thin to look like the skinny models that adorn their magazine as well.
That’s my two points anyway.
