For a hatchback car, The MazdaSpeed 3 is pretty hot and has been on the top ten lists of Car and Driver for a couple of years. This car has a ton of horsepower!
The MazdaSpeed 3 can hold five passengers comfortably in its five door wagon frame. The MazdaSpeed 3 has a front engine and front wheel drive. The engine of the Mazdaspeed 3 is an intercooled but turbocharged DOHC, sixteen valve, 2.3 liter inline-four engine. This car rocks its horsepower: it has two hundred and sixty three bhp at fifty five thousand rpm horsepower and two hundred and eighty lb-ft at three thousand rpm of torque. This car only comes in a six speed manual transmission and gets eighteen miles per gallon when it drives in the city.
The car can go from zero to sixty miles per hour in 5.6 seconds and when driving at one hundred miles per hour can cover a quarter of a mile in 14.2 seconds. It can be hard to steer when it goes at such high speeds, but it will still be manageable for most people. The brakes have been enhanced and the suspension has been stiffened, giving this car plenty of control over the road.
