Make no mistake about it; the Mazda MX-5 is a sports car. It has a sporty outer body and a sporty engine. This car is well known for its fantastic steering capabilities, braking and throttle response. Many of the drivers who have tried the Mazda MX-5 say that it feels almost as if the car got inside of their brains. They merely had to think about doing something and the car responded.
The Mazda MX-5 is a two doored little roadster that only seats two people. It has a front engine, and rear wheel drive. The Engine of the Mazda MX-5 is a DOHC sixteen valve, two liter inline-four with between one hundred fifty eight and one hundred sixty six bhp at sixty seven hundred rpm horsepower and one hundred forty lb-ft at five thousand rpm of torque. The transmission on the Mazda MX-5 can either be a five or six speed manual transmission or a six speed automatic transmission with manumatic steering.
For as sporty as this car is, it is still affordable. The Mazda MX-5 starts at just a little over twenty one thousand dollars and runs as high as a little over twenty seven thousand dollars.
