BMW 335xi Lease Quote $794 - What Are You Paying

The 335xi is finally here. Its a beautiful car but definitely expensive. The BMW 335xi was a lower residual since it has more moving parts, 61% and a higher money factor, 2.7%. I was quoted $794 per month for 15,000 miles, 36 months, basically fully loaded. I'm really curious what everyone is paying. Please share your lease payments for others to see. Please. I'm hoping to get my 335xi next week.

I just signed a lease for a 335xi. Prem pkg, heated seats, sat radio, metalic paint, auto trans. MSRP 46970. Lease pmt 597 inc 7% NJ tax. 2500 total drive off out of pocket. The dealer is also asoboring about 600-700 in end of lease cost on my current vehicle(330xi)

I just leased my '08 335xi for $500 a month with 8 grand down for 36 mo., 15k mi/year. I think its not a bad deal. Fully loaded MSRP of $52 negotiated to $48,900
