HolyShnikes rocks! I am impressed that my complaint was heard and acted upon! I am no longer labeled as "female, SENIOR." Now, I'm happy to be "female, mid-50's!" The only good thing about the word "senior" is when you're a junior in high school and can't wait to be called a senior! Thanks for being so responsive to this age-old issue!
