The "AYES" have it, and the nation should be grateful to have such a brilliant and accomplished man voted in to be our Chief Justice. This endorsement comes at a very needed time. Justice has been served !!!

He's a VERY sharp guy and will do an exceptional job in his new role. I was surprised that vote wasn't as strong 78-22.

I agree, I think he will be good for the position. They tried their dambnest to get him to express his views, but he was right. If he said he felt one way about a topic, it would be unfair, as a court could deem he already had his mind made up before a trial. Very sharp guy.
