A new application for your iPhone, called AppTapp, will allow you to change nearly everything about your device, from putting in GPS to kicking it old school with vintage games.
AppTapp, which has free programs that tweak the internal file structure of you iPhone, allows you to load non-Apple applications onto the phone.
One important thing to remember is that you have to downgrade your iPhone firmware to prevent Apple's updates, which thwarts hacking.
Some of the applications you can install include:
SummerBoard: This application gives you the ability to change the home screen of your iPhone.
MobileTetris: AppTapp allows you to download dozens of games to your iPhone, including Tetris.
Terminal: Want to go retro on the iPhone, download this AppTapp application to use an OSX command-line interface.
MobileChat: No one like to pay text messaging fees, least of all on an iPhone, so AppTapp gives you the ability to use AOL Instant Messenger with this application.
