Just when everyone came out and said there was no bubble, etc, etc, everything starts to drop. Its just like the dot com bust all over again. Remember, when the bottom starts falling out, it falls fast.
From yahoo: "WASHINGTON - Sales of existing homes plunged in March by the largest amount in 18 years, reflecting in part rising troubles in the subprime mortgage market."

The real estate market seems to be like the gas prices,I can not help you with the gas but ,I can help you with the housing situation in Florida by helping you to some of the sellers or builders money when you buy a home or business in Florida !!
