45 Best Holiday Diet Tips to Lose?    Back to the homepage

An article in the Nov/Dec Weight Watchers magazine insinuates bringing the 45 best tips to lose this season if you’re on a diet. I follow my diet better than I could follow this article. In one breath I’m offered advice on choosing the right beverage when partying and in the next I’m told to talk my friends out of going out for food and drink altogether. If that weren’t enough there’s a weight loss tip on best morning makeup fix for your tired eyes. Huh? How many points am I burning there? I’m on Weight Watchers for one reason; to diet; not learn how to apply makeup. You’d think this would be about weight loss or remotely related to Weight Watchers in some way. Weight loss tips were lacking here. There were no points, literally; well the drink tip for your diet included points for the drinks; and a few snacks. In the closing tips for the day before, of, and after my favorite was a side cup of warm canned pumpkin at 5 points. I’m sure there is a Weight Watchers recipe for pumpkin pie that would come in at fewer points per serving. That’s my two points anyway.
