Am I the only person in Washington, DC that is infuriated at low flying helicopters rattling my windows? The local regulations call for a minimum altitude of 1,000 ft. but nobody is monitoring compliance. Please, If this bothers you too, complain!

Nah, helicopters rock! The ones flying low are usually the Medevacs or traffic lookouts...and thank God for both of 'em. The noise only lasts for a few seconds half the time; it's not like we're living in a LZ or something.

I agree with you, but what can be done about it? I live along the flight path to Ft. Belvoir, and there are noisy helicopters every day.

Nothing short of moving will make your problem go away. Such is DC life.
