What Happened to Balboa?

Is it me or are things really chaotic at Balboa the last few weeks or even three months? The waiters are always confused or overly busy or just stressed. The Balboa is a staple but lately it is so frustrating to go there for meals. One night we asked our waiter what was going on and he opened up to how miserable it was there now under new management. That place is a legend and I hate to see it suffering!

I went for dinner last night with a friend and our server was very friendly and the food was good. Maybe its hit or miss.

I'm guessing it's because Newsom, once he sold it, it went under new management and it hasn't been as good. that's too bad as I like the food there.

I love Balboa, but it really sucks latley. I have had three meals comped tghere becasue the service was so bad. Aparently the new manager really sucks at ordering the food, scheduling deliveries, work schedules etc. Servers are quiting left and right under this new guy.
