Not really. Stories about Rudy Giuliani's questionable ethics aren't really new, but they're fun anyway. There's a story up on CNN right now about Giuliani's questionable $34,000 security and travel charges while he was Mayor of NYC, made all the more questionable because the charges were split and spread around to obscure city agencies... Almost like Giuliani wanted to keep people from finding out about them.
Politico, which investigated and originally broke the current Giuliani ethics story, tries to dig into what, exactly, the travel expenses were for --because they weren't for city business, apparently.
Giuliani himself says there's nothing to it. That may well be. But Rudy Giuliani and questions about ethics are like soap operas -- nothing new, entirely predictable, and fun to watch.
